Guy Outen has over 35 years of experience with Royal Dutch Shell plc in various roles including EVP Strategy & Portfolio where he worked with the Shell CEO and Board to create amongst other outcomes Shell’s New Energies focusing on lower emissions. Guy Outen has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a Masters of Commerce (Economics) from Melbourne University. Guy Outen is Fellow Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants (FCPA) and Chartered Governance Institute (FCG); a Member of the Institute of Directors UK and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Craig Nicol has a career of over 20 years in delivering large scale innovation including leading multi-billion-dollar gas and LNG value chains in Australia and Asia Pacific and managing sales and marketing teams across Asia Pacific working for Shell International.

Craig has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Systems (Honours) and a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the Queensland University of Technology. Craig is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and is also the Chair of the Australian Graphene Industry Association (AGIA).

Frederick Kotzee is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years of public markets company experience leading financial operations and strategic planning for multinational companies.

Frederick has held various positions in the Anglo American Group where his roles included General Manager of Corporate Finance, Head of Business Development at Anglo Platinum and then Chief Financial Officer of Kumba Iron Ore Limited, listed on the Johannesburg stock exchange. Frederick was the CFO of the Australian-listed Kidman Resources Limited, a lithium project developer, where he successfully secured financing and offtake agreements with large battery purchasing companies as well as supporting the company’s ultimate acquisition by Wesfarmers Limited for more than $750m.

Rob Shewchuck has over 25 years of experience in executive and director experience. Rob is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Rob is the President & CEO of LithiumBank Resources Corp, Director of GMG, Director of Spectre Capital Corp, and Director of Verses Technologies Inc. Rob began his career as an Equities Trader on the floor of the Alberta Stock Exchange in 1995 for Yorkton Securities Inc. Rob became a licensed broker at Yorkton in 1998 and worked on the Equities desk through 2004. Rob joined Standard Securities Capital Corporation where he became Chairman in 2006. Rob merged Standard Securities with Wolverton Securities Ltd in 2009 and became a Director of Wolverton Securities until 2016 when it was purchased by PI Financial Corp.

Will Ollerhead has over 25 years of experience in the capital markets and corporate finance field. Will was the CEO of Cuspis Capital Ltd. (TSX-V: CUSP.P) and has served on several other boards of both public and private companies, and not-for-profit organizations, as Chairman, director, and as a member and chair of Audit Committees. Since founding Ollerhead Capital in 1997, he has provided advisory services in respect of the structuring and arranging of private debt financing for transactions totaling approximately $800 million.

Dr Emma FitzGerald has over 25 years of leadership experience with global businesses in the Water and Energy Sectors. Most recently she was CEO of Puma Energy focused on delivering affordable and sustainable energy solutions to emerging markets in Africa, Central America and Asia. Prior to this she ran gas, water and waste networks for National Grid and Severn Trent in the UK. She also spent many years running Downstream Retail, Lubricants and LPG businesses for Shell plc. around the world. Over the last ten years she has served on the boards of publicly listed, privately owned and not for profit organizations in both Executive and Non Executive Director capacities.

Emma is currently a Non-Executive director of UPM Kymmene, Seplat Energy and Newmont Corporation. She is also a Mentor on the climate workstream for the Creative Destruction Lab, a not for profit organisation focused on the scaling of innovative solutions to accelerate energy transition. Emma has a PHD in surface chemistry/materials science from Oxford University and an MBA from Manchester Business School.

Paul Mackintosh has over 20 years of experience fulfilling senior roles in the Health, Safety and Environment functions. Paul has worked for large organisations in the mining, energy, manufacturing and oil and gas industries, including senior positions at Arrow Energy, Origin Energy, Brickworks and Caltex, as well as with Coles Myer retail and energy divisions. Paul has an MBA from The University of Queensland, a Post Graduate Diploma, Occupational Health and Safety and a Bachelor of Science, Human Movement Studies from the Queensland University of Technology.

Lisa Roobottom has a career in the Oil & Gas and Manufacturing industries spanning approximately 30 years, working in a number of roles include Refinery Operations Manager and National Health, Safety & Environment Manager at various companies, including Caltex, Ampol, Australian Laboratory Services and, most recently, Alpha HPA. Lisa has a Masters of Chemistry from the Queensland University of Technology.

Deborah Appleton has over 20 years of accounting and commercial industry experience in audit, financial reporting and management. Deborah has worked in banking, manufacturing, property, agriculture and health care sectors. Deborah has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, finance data integrations, system implementations and Lean-based process improvement specialties. Deborah has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).

Roberto Bran has over 35 years of experience in successfully industrializing hydrocarbon reactions in continuous and batch operations. Roberto specialized in grease and bitumen manufacturing during a career of more than 20 years with Shell. Roberto was Dean of The Engineering and Architecture Faculty at the University of El Salvador. Roberto completed studies of master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at the Central University of Venezuela.

Anj has broad legal, commercial and HR experience, including senior Commercial roles for Coca-Cola Amatil, Queensland Government owned Electricity Generator Stanwell and Middle East construction JV Habtoor Leighton Group. Most recently with IOR Petroleum as Manager Commercial and Contracts. Anj has a Bachelor of Science and Law with First Class Honours from James Cook University, a Masters in Commercial and Contracts Law from University of Melbourne, a Masters of Business Administration from University of Queensland, Principles of International Law from Harvard Extension School and is a qualified General Practitioner.

Mark has deep experience in industrial equipment sales and service solutions working in sales and technical leadership roles for companies including Komatsu, Brambles, Coates Hire, Onsite Rental Group and Aurizon. Most recently for Waco Australasia – a company servicing mining and heavy industry with specialist access, protective coatings and maintenance solutions. Mark will lead our Energy Savings Solutions business going forward.

Jayne Wellby has over 20 years’of finance industry experience. Jayne has worked in construction, industrial manufacturing and retirement sectors. Jayne has specialised in project management, business processes, information capture, reporting and analysis. Jayne is a chartered accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce with first class honours from the University of Adelaide.

Arthur Yen has 30 years of experience in senior management and business development roles in nano material, composites, polymers, electronics, aerospace, paints, coatings and industrial and technical B2B markets. Arthur has a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from National University of Singapore.

Steve Hutchcraft has over 25 years of experience in the energy management and heating and air-conditioning markets. Steve has led large multinationals that serve an array of industries from food services to manufacturing to robotics and high tech. Steve spent much of his early career in various HVAC management positions, culminating as President and CEO of Amana Heating and Air-conditioning. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Tim Scheiwe has over 20 years of senior management experience in the chemical B2B and B2C markets covering ANZ, Asia and the Pacific. Tim has strong governance, product management, sales, marketing, financial, operational, supply chain, systems innovation, technical and regulatory compliance experience. Tim has a strong background in the delivery of long term growth for a range of businesses ranging from SME’s to corporations. Tim has a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University and Master of Business Administration from the University of Queensland.

Bobby Bran has over 10 years of experience delivering large-scale multi-million dollar civil engineering projects on behalf of top tier contractors. Bobby has experience in a diverse range of disciplines with particular expertise in people management, project planning, procurement, budgeting and forecasting, subcontractor management, contract administration, quality assurance, and safety in construction. Bobby has a Bachelor Degree in Engineering majoring in Civil and Construction from the Queensland University of Technology

Dan is a Professor of Electrochemical Engineering at the University College London (UCL), a top-ranked University, where he is a director of the Electrochemical Innovation Lab (EIL) and Advanced Propulsion Lab (APL). He is an academic founder of the Faraday Institution (a UK battery research programme with a consortium of over 20 UK universities and 50 businesses – including 450 researchers) and a member of its Expert Panel.

Bob is a highly experienced executive in the battery energy storage world and science/engineering-based communities. Bob was previously the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Contemporary Amperex Technology Company Limited (CATL). CATL is widely known as the largest lithium-ion battery manufacturer in the world – supplying electric vehicles and high-efficiency storage systems. He serves on multiple Committees of Directors and Technical Advisory Boards.
