THERMAL-XR®  COATING SYSTEM is a unique method of improving the conductivity of corroded heat exchange surfaces and maintaining the performance of new units at peak levels. The process coats and protects heat exchange surfaces while improving and rebuilding the lost corroded thermal conductivity and increasing the heat transfer rate by leveraging the physics of GMG Graphene resulting in an efficiency improvement and a power reduction.

THERMAL-XR RESTORE® is powered by GMG Graphene.

THERMAL-XR® can also protect both RTPF coils (round tube plate fin) and MCHC coils (microchannel) from accelerated corrosion damage, thereby extending the life of the coil and reducing energy consumption.

THE HVAC-R CHALLENGE

    STEP 1 THERMAL-XR PREP®

    THERMAL-XR PREP® is a highly concentrated combination de-ruster, degreaser and phosphator. It has been specially formulated to treat Aluminium before the application of THERMAL-XR RESTORE®.

     

    STEP 2 THERMAL-XR ACTIVATE®

    THERMAL-XR ACTIVATE® is a highly concentrated chromium-free conversion coating for Aluminium. It has been specially formulated to treat Aluminium before the application of THERMAL-XR RESTORE® to enhance adhesion.

     

    STEP 3 THERMAL-XR RESTORE®

    THERMAL-XR RESTORE® is a direct to metal, water-based acrylic paint that has been specifically formulated to adhere to HVAC and Refrigeration coils. Powered by GMG Graphene, the coating rebuilds lost thermal efficiency destroyed from corrosion and contamination.

    STEP 4 THERMAL-XR MAINTAIN®

    THERMAL-XR MAINTAIN® is a passivated highly concentrated cleaner designed to remove dirt and contamination from the HVAC and Refrigeration coil and will not damage the coating integrity or thermal properties.
